Friends, colleagues and business partners have been kind enough to share some of their own photos for this website. My warmest thanks to all of them for their contributions, which to me is also a sign of their personal affinity.

The wonderful, touching music by composer and pianist John Herbermann has been a part of my life for many years. I never imagined that, in the middle of all his work for CDs and film scores, he would take the time out to provide the musical introduction to this website for me. I am deeply honoured, and owe him a tremendous debt of gratitude.
